peanut butter cup frosting - gluten free!
1 cup smooth peanut butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup (about 6) chocolate covered peanut butter cups, crumbled
Beat first 5 ingredients until smooth and fluffy. Frost cake/cupcakes and sprinkle with pb cups. Refrigerate until its time to eat!
